Our quality

Quality is a core value of our brand. We elaborate and test innovative techniques before these then come into use throughout our production sites. This means we transfer our know-how to our own operations in Tunisia and to commissioned manufacturers abroad. Here, Atelier GARDEUR technicians ensure our strict quality standards are adhered to. Staff receives customer requirement specifications as well as training and qualification guidelines.

Not only do we make the highest demands on the quality and production of our collections we also take our social responsibility towards those who make our products very seriously. We maintain long-term relationships with our staff, suppliers and service providers. Reliability and integrity are not just empty phrases but real values that we live by in this collaboration. We know each and every one of our employees, and look after their individual interests. This good working environment can be felt at every level.

Our standards

We ensure that social and ethical standards are upheld at our facilities. We monitor this in annual audits. We attach great importance to the fact that our commission manufacturers and suppliers also uphold the ethical and ecological standards. For all materials used, they must provide comprehensive proof of origin and list the production location of every end product. All partners are subject to the strict demands of our buyers and must provide written warranties on all key quality parameters of the goods supplied.

Furthermore, we have elaborate controls and tests in place throughout our production processes. We are particularly proud of certification for almost all our products according to “Oeko-Tex® Standard 100”. Our production sites in Germany and Tunisia are ISO certified. We see that our employees are rewarded appropriately for their efforts and that they work under conditions meeting our high demands. These social and progressive working methods were already awarded at our production site in Tunisia back in 2002 with a certificate from the Ministry of Social Affairs of the Republic of Tunisia.
